I’m a New Orleans photographer working primarily in black and white. I’m drawn to light, human moments, architecture, and the scenes that sometimes disappear frustratingly fast.

On the street, I look for small tensions—the glance between strangers, a person held briefly in hard light, or the way a building can make someone appear small, almost weightless. I aim to witness New Orleans honestly, not turn the city into a backdrop.

I work in the tradition of the flâneur, ever observant of life in a world that seems to be moving too fast. My photos are an attempt to slow things down and hold on to moments few bother to notice. Working in black and white is a way to strip a moment down to its essential elements: composition, shape, contrast, texture, and mood.

Photography has taught me that the only constant in life is change.
